Hi, Iām Leslie Langevin
Welcome to my specialty practice. After being a pediatric and adult dietitian for 16 years, I decided to focus my practice on helping those with MCAS, POTS and EDS as I have personal experience with how difficult these conditions can be. This is truly where my passion lies in helping improve the quality of life for those struggling with conditions that can really impact how we can make it through our day and can have such a variety of symptoms. I focus on using a whole body approach and believe that incorporating support for the nervous system is as supportive as nutrition in healing. If you are looking for support with these challenging conditions, I am happy to support in helping you make personalized nutrition plans, optimizing nutrition status, helping with supportive supplement recommendations and lifestyle recommendations that can be incorporated in a sustainable, paced way. When we meet the body where it is at instead of pushing through, which can cause more symptoms, that is where we can start to improve our health.
I have lived in Vermont my whole life and enjoy traveling, cooking, tae kwon do, hiking, skiing and gardening and spending time with my sons. I also wrote The Anti-Inflammatory Kitchen Cookbook, that was released in 2018 and is available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble websites.
